Initial language support

We've been working on translating our game into other languages over the past months, so far only 2 languages are completed: English(British) and Russian with 1 more language being incomplete with some of the texts still missing. 

Today we're putting out these translations into players' hands.  If you are playing from a browser - the game should be able to detect your language preferences and pick the most suitable one, with default being English. 

You can also manually change the language through the option menu, under Gameplay section:
